Trinidad Public Works Department

The Public Works Department is responsible for maintaining the City’s essential infrastructure and physical assets, including streets, sidewalks, the water and sewer systems, drainage facilities, and municipally owned buildings. Our team is dedicated to ensuring these systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably for all residents.

Report an Emergency

If you need to report an urgent issue—such as a traffic hazard, water leak, or sewer blockage—during regular office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday), please contact:

Public Works Department

Please do not assume someone else will report the problem. We would much rather receive multiple calls about a potential issue than none at all. Your report helps us respond quickly and protect the community.
